Ability to add Tickets as "Offline Transactions"
in progress
John Rous
Adding the ability to manage tickets offline will allow admins to control inventory and assign complimentary tickets in the dashboard. This feature will no longer require admins to create an offline transaction with a promo code or the need to make tickets active/inactive.

Great to see this is coming. Can we get some details on exactly what's proposed, so that we can give some feedback before it's implemented?

Great! Can you also add family/non-contact tickets - we use this for events where kids are involved/same address/email/phone - need to keep their names for the event, but they are taking up a full contact and I don't want to be mailing or asking them for $$$$$!!! (That doesn't look good for the parents :)

Great to hear this is "In Progress". I hope you will include a mass ticket assignment option, meaning the ability to generate a list of contacts (for example, by tag), and select multiple contacts to issue a ticket to all at once vs. having to complete an assignment procedure separately for each individual ticket. Any ETA for this being released?

Not having this feature makes using the Paddle Raise system pretty much impossible. If someone purchases a ticket for a friend or purchases a table, you can't enter paddle raise donations for them at all. We need to be able to enter comp tickets on our back end for the Paddle Raise system to work. Or be able to add a contact who is bidding on the silent auction to the event on the back end

Adding to the support for this feature's need. We seek a lot of sponsors, and checks are a common payment method for companies.

this is a definite need! especially because when you add a transaction, you think it's creating a ticket, but it's not.

The lack of this feature alone is more or less why I do not plan to use GiveButter again.
