I can't wait for this. We receive many offline donations and it would be much easier just to go to the contact and then click add transaction and enter the transaction information or if it's a new contact add the contact and add the transaction.

Yes! Most of our reoccurring donations are checks we receive are by mail. Admin should have the ability to choose an existing donor to credit the transaction to rather than enter donor information every month.

Yes! Either it pulls current contacts in the import screen or you can go to the contact and import an offline transaction. I'd be happy with either!
