However, Is there a way to to ensure the email confirmation or thank you note is specific to the donor and the amount donated so as to be both a personalized thank you note and a receipt tax purposes by the donor?"

Absolutely! Including their first name in the greeting would create a more personalized and meaningful experience. Since they generously donated to us, the least we can do is show our appreciation by respectfully acknowledging them! :)

Yes! Also, having the ability to customize email subject lines and the heading at the top of thank you "receipts" for specific campaigns would be helpful, too, so the message feels less transactional.

Merge fields for name, date and amount given in thank you messages would be supremely helpful! Thanks for listening!

Any update on when we might get this feature?

Would like the amount of goods services rendered field and amount donated field so that this Thank You note can serve as tax receipt. Without the amount of goods and services rendered, we have to create separate emails to be sent to our donors.

I am hosting a FREE live stream event. I am collecting registrations for the purpose of capturing email. I registered for the event myself and got the automated donation receipt that I created for the campaign. The receipt for registering should be a separate email than the donation receipt, especially when the event is free.
