Option to set entering a promo code as a required option when purchasing tickets for an event.

Sample use-case:

In the scenario where we have a waitlist for an event, we want to give specific people the ability to still register when tickets open up. But it need to be limited access. Right now the only way to do that is first come first serve if we open tickets up. A promo code feature would block this.
