Ability for Admin to turn off required fields for tickets

Admin can set tickets so that no information is required, other than billing info. AND to the extent we cannot see billing info in reports, name entered as ticket purchaser carries over to billing info with edit capability. Selling items/tickets on the spot has to be much eaiser/faster.

Very clunky. Having to enter name, email and phone for each ticket is crazy. Just one contact per ticket sale, please.

Agree. Trying to sell raffle tickets and do not want to have people enter their info for each ticket. Having the ability to set up items differently -- e.g., choose to set up tickets or items for sale -- may help.

Just adding my .02 cents -- we have several events that have free tickets but with the opportunity to donate, and people having to enter their information twice is cumbersome and reduces our participation.

Agree x10 - the repetition and forcing to a donation page even when trying to issue free tickets is time consuming and frustrating. I search for other alternatives to ticketing currently and will keep revisiting it with Givebutter hoping that it will become useful for us.

I agree, we just had our first in-person event using Givebutter tickets and it was very time consuming for ticket sales on site. A huge line with those at the booth having to explain "just keep clicking continue" and answer why they had to enter their name/email for each ticket and then billing. We need the option to skip the name/emails per ticket (if not needed), hide the optional donation, hide the custom messages, and go straight to payment. It's taking too long on site.
