Ability for Admin to turn off required fields for tickets

Admin can set tickets so that no information is required, other than billing info. AND to the extent we cannot see billing info in reports, name entered as ticket purchaser carries over to billing info with edit capability. Selling items/tickets on the spot has to be much eaiser/faster.

Just wondering if this is still being worked on. The process of having to fill out information multiple times and having to fill out a billing address for free events is longer than it needs to be. It looks like this has been "in process" for years but with no resolution.

Yeah this is problematic, especially if you are selling items as tickets. It feels weird for people to have to fill out their contact info repeatedly to purchase, for example, multiple t-shirts.

Very clunky. Having to enter name, email and phone for each ticket is crazy. Just one contact per ticket sale, please.

Agree. Trying to sell raffle tickets and do not want to have people enter their info for each ticket. Having the ability to set up items differently -- e.g., choose to set up tickets or items for sale -- may help.
