Customer Feedback:
  • Organizations use Campaign Updates to share important, time-sensitive information such as raffle draws, event announcements, and fundraising milestones. However, on mobile, supporters land on the campaign page, and Campaign Updates are tucked away under the Supporters tab, making them easy to miss, especially for less tech-savvy users who may not know to look there.
Suggested Improvement:
  • When a supporter opens a campaign on mobile, display the most recent pinned Campaign Update directly on the campaign page (Overview/Details) instead of requiring users to navigate to the Supporters tab.
Current Workaround:
  • Organizations send the Campaign Update via email to ensure supporters see it, but this reduces the value of having updates prominently available on the campaign page itself.
