Require email address when creating a contact

When a supporter does a quick donation, there is an option to add a contact for the donation. The steps require a first and last name but it would also be great to require an email address so that a thank you/receipt is automatically sent.

As long as it's an option, perhaps per account or campaign. We do a lot of quick little donations and while I would love to have the donors' email addresses, it's just not practical for time or privacy.

I appreciate -not- requiring the email address as some elderly donors do not like to use email. I think the option is sufficient. However, I would appreciate an easy way to print their receipt so I can snailmail it to them. (I think this is a separate request)
