"Includes/Excludes ONLY" Filter for Ticket Custom Fields

Currently, when filtering for a specific value (e.g., "Table 1"), the filter returns all fields that contain "1" (such as "1," "10," "11," etc.). To improve accuracy, please add an "includes/excludes ONLY" filter, which would return results for exactly the specified value (e.g., only "Table 1"). This will enhance data accuracy on the Dashboard when working with custom field entries.

This frustrates me in the Contact Search function, too. If I search for "john" I'll get a bunch of records. If I'm more specific, like "john smith", I'll get even MORE records because it seems to treat separate words as OR not AND.
