As spoken with Nix B about 3 months ago, I have a payment platform partner in South Africa who is able to assist in working out the banking considerations of making Givebutter available to South African Non-profits. The are called PaySoft. If Givebutter truly endeavor to make the platform available internationally, it is a good opportunity to explore and I am happy to facilitate all the connections needed to make it happen.

A potential user from South Africa noted:

"This platform is listed as a recommended tool by Google for Nonprofits and Goodstack, but when coming here is not even available for account creation if not located in the US. This is very disappointing, as we have donors in the US and will now have to consider using one of your competitor platforms. I understand it is due to bank account locations, regulations. etc. Please activate at least e-mail marketing capabilities from South Africa, whilst the banking situation is pending."

Our USA/international arm of the organization uses Givebutter and loves it. However, our SA arm cannot use it. It would be great if Givebutter supported South African currency and local payment methods so we could also (separately) use Givebutter over here in South Africa!
