Add an option for auction organizers to view whether each bidder chose to cover the fees or have the fees deducted from the organization’s proceeds.

Currently, this information is not visible during bidder registration and can only be determined after the bidder makes a payment. Having this information visible in the bidder details or registration records would make it easier for organizers to understand how fees will be handled before charging or collecting payment.
