Glad to see this is finally "In Progress" once again! Until something is implemented, here's how we worked around it. We started each item name with a number (001, 002, 101, 102, 202, etc.). That way we could easily edit the item name to reorder items instead of deleting and re-adding them. I'd recommend leaving some gaps in your numbering too to insert items you may receive later. It worked ok for us, but still a smoother way to re-order would be great.

We really could use this feature for our fundraising events.

This is required.... Deleting and re-adding is the only alternative? The platform is nice, but this is horrible. I'm just the tech guy setting it up (I recommended givebutter), but now I'm being asked to find a different platform if I can fix it.

Can someone from the Givebutter team provide an update please? This feels like a very basic fix and table-stakes capability for an online auction platform. Looks like something was done in 2023 and it was marked "complete", but now it is only "Planned". This is our first year using Givebutter - we typically have over 150 auction items and I'm very concerned about the ability to order and organize items properly so our most prominent items are up front.

If there is no ability to reorder items, I may have to delete all items I've already entered and enter them one by one the week of the auction once we've gathered everything. That can't be an ideal solution, right?
