Include optional donation field during auction checkout

When a winning bidder is purchasing their auction item, allow them the option to leave an additional donation for the organization in the same transaction.

Auction participants can now add a donation at checkout!
To enable this setting, head to the Auction settings tab and toggle on "Allow optional donation at checkout." When winners go to pay for their items, they'll see the option to add a donation to their total.

Having this would make it consistent with the ticket-buying flow. Hard to believe it's not already there.
