This was our first year trying Givebutter vs a competitor, and while it was mostly a good experience, not having the ability to enter items individually and then turn them into packages was a HUGE letdown. Almost all of our auctions consist of multiple items from different donors, so we had to track all of our donations outside the system, which was very cumbersome.

I'm able to do this on platforms I've used before - we tell our donors that they will be recognized on all platforms we use for the event

This is a good idea. At our Rock Hall event in Nov, we are creating getaway baskets bundling airline, hotel, attraction and dinner. It would be great to list all donors and respective values with a follow up on what that portion contributed to the overall money raise.
