We signed up to the express purpose of having an auction and now folks are donating. The site is confusing. It is disheartening to see this feedback is over a year old and nothing has changed. The givebutter site in general and most importantly the auction page is hard to navigate. This impacts those of us who are spending way too much time and energy fundraising.

If it is an auction-only campaign, would they still need to make an account with Givebutter? This usually causes hiccups when our potential bidders don't remember their login credentials.

An online auction is an event in itself. I hate the way the link sends you to a donation page and the viewer has to click the Auction tab to find the auction. Send them straight to the auction!
