Hi AB Johnson - This is in the final phase of development + testing with the hope of being released in early April! We'll continue to do our best to get this out as soon as possible and you'll be notified as soon as it's released since you voted on this feature :)

When does your next auction open? And when does it close?

This is a necessary function. I've had people pay for auction items already and can't record the payment. It's very frustrating. If anyone has a work-around I would be interested.

Sara ODonnell I am brand new to the platform and will be using Givebutter for the very first time at the end of March. I see this option is in progress on the roadmap and will be complete by April. In the meantime, maybe you could manually enter the cash payment on the transaction tab and leverage the internal notes field to indicate paid in full for auction items. The contact won't see that but anyone on the user side of the platform can. Just a thought and could be missing the boat. Hope this sparks some brainstorming until the release.

Jordan Patrick is there an estimated time frame for when this is planned to release? We have an auction event every year and the ability to take cash or check payments will definitely be a deciding factor on whether or not we host our auction through Givebutter or not.

Jordan Patrick Hello. Our Auction event is this coming Saturday. Is there any chance this feature will be available yet this week? I am very certain that some people will want to pay with cash / check at our fundraiser. I do understand we can enter a manual transaction to track the payment within the campaign itself, but this will require keeping track manually, outside of the system, which people have paid.
