Ability to manually reorder or sort "Featured Items" in Auctions

Right now, 'Featured' items are automatically pinned to the top of the Auction page, but there isn't a way to customize the exact order they appear in. It would be such a helpful addition if we could rearrange those specifically to highlight certain items

Also, since Featured Items are pinned to the top of the auction page, it's redundant to ALSO have them be the first item in each category. Ideally, on the main page, you'd be able to put a different item in position 1.
