Currently, when an admin adds an auction item and links it to a contact via the "Sponsorship" field, the system automatically generates an In-Kind transaction and sends an email receipt to that contact.

Unlike the standard "New Transaction" flow—which has a "Send a receipt" checkbox that defaults to off—the Auction Item interface does not give the admin the option to opt-out of this email.
