The ability for an auction item to be viewed but not bid on online. This will be used for live auction items that an organizations wishes to preview and then manually add the bid of the winner.

We really need the Live auction feature! I tried doing live auction by posting items and creating a category of "live auction" but it requires that you put a starting bid and value. This is NOT typical for a live auction. Also, because you need to put a start time, if you do not remember to go in and turn it off, people bid on those items even if they are supposed to be live auction items only.

I would love to have this set up soon. Our upcoming event is happening on June 8th where we do some view-only auction items.

Yes please! Our auction is March 2, 2024. Our in-person event has a 20-ish minute section with a live auctioneer where we auction off approximately 10 items. You have to be present to bid with the auctioneer. But we want everyone to be able to see and preview these live auction items to entice them to come in person. But then we want to manually enter the winning bid at the end. Thanks!
