This is still a very real need. After a whirlwind 2 week run of productions, with over 250+ transactions, I had to search each one individually to be able to show my math on how many donations we received and how many tickets were sold. Those donors who give gifts get special recognition-- the current set up makes that almost impossible without checking each purchase as it comes in being their full time job.

When doing reporting for our events, which we do weekly to the lead up of our event, we report on each different type of support we've received. Is this is something that already exists as a column we can get on an exported report, why can't it exist easily without exporting?? This would make things so much easier.

I would appreciate this feature. I see ticket purchases and donations as very different ways someone interacts with our organization so I would love to be able to run a report of donations only.

With another platform I have used, you had the option to set a percentage or amount of ticket sales that were tax deductible. That amount would show up on the donor profile and end of year tax reports, but you could put $0 or 0% and the entire ticket purchase would show up under activity but not donation.

would love it if the information was itemized so you can see both types of transactions
