Context: Supporter accidentally subscribed to a recurring donation. Recurring donation was cancelled but only the initial activity (made a recurring donation is logged on the donor's activity feed).

it would be good to also log that the recurring donation has been cancelled or even possibly update the initial logged activity to say donor made a one-time donation.
