The ability for admins to request a portion of payouts is critical so that funds can be reimbursed to people in the project while it is being developed. Not everyone has the money to cover expenses during a big fundraiser, so parsing out small amounts of the funds as needed is a much needed feature. If you really want to get fancy, add a way to track the money that comes out and who it is given to and what it paid for :)

We reconcile by the month - this is a critical feature

This is critical to my project and don't understand why this is not available. So it's not abused, perhaps requiring a percentage or a monthly limit.

Please do this ASAP. It allows Admins to send a portion of the proceeds to validate bank deposit functionality is safe and works. Partial deposits are good sound acceptable accounting principle.
