Yes! We just had our gala and not everyone pre-registered. Currently, Givebutter doesn't allow admins to manually register a bidder (it's in progress, but who knows how long?). So, we had people trying to register at the event with their phones, but not everyone had email access to verify! Unnecessary chaos.

Would LOVE if we could do this before our big silent auction in Jan. Our board members have concerns about users coming in person and require them to check their email instead of just sending them a code via text to complete registration.

This is a critical feature when holding a gala. Ease of seeing if the purchaser won the bid or if they are still in the running would be helpful. Going back and forth is inefficient and not competitive with other software programs that offer the ability to do it this way.

This would be a great option! Many people at our recent event had difficulty going back and forth between the app on their phone and their email.

Would love this for in person auctions. Then could send user an email link to verify their email later. User should have option to verify by phone or email, depending if on desktop or phone when registering.
