I believe I was able to require phone numbers by using the campaign tools (the option above “auction”) when in the campaign screen. I turned on “require phone number at checkout,” but I believe phone number was requested when registering for the auction. 🤔

I have a phone number for every single person that placed a bid - not just the ones that won an item.
