I totally agree. I downloaded the app thinking it could be used by those at our silent auction until I did a Help search in GB and realized it is only for administrators. How easy that would be for participants to just keep logged in on their phone via the app and see how the campaign/silent auction is doing and bid/donate!!

It would be great to easily sell "buy now" auction items, record bids for a donor manually, and mark auction items as fulfilled through the app.

This would be great. We appreciate the brand recognition of givebutter, but silent auction bidding was clumsy in the browser on mobile phones. A default filter kept bidders from seeing all items; bidders had to refresh constantly; they had to login to the hotel wifi which was awkward given that no one needed it otherwise; email notifications mostly landed in junk mail.

We've used simpler apps where you could easily bid on items and receive timely outbid text notifications. An app feels like a no-brainer. Thank you!
