Currently, tickets and sponsorships cannot be reserved in a campaign without logging a transaction. Availability is based only on completed or recorded payments. It would be helpful to have the ability to temporarily reserve or hold a ticket or sponsorship without processing payment. This would support organizations that receive verbal commitments or are waiting on offline payments such as checks. Request: Add a “reserve” or “hold” status option for tickets and sponsorships that temporarily removes them from public availability without requiring a recorded transaction.

Adding the ability to manage tickets offline will allow admins to control inventory and assign complimentary tickets in the dashboard. This feature will no longer require admins to create an offline transaction with a promo code or the need to make tickets active/inactive.

Add a Bulk Check-In capability that allows event staff to check in multiple tickets associated with a single purchase (e.g., a family or group) at once, instead of checking in each ticket individually. This is especially useful when one order contains several tickets and all attendees arrive together.

Use case: Ability to display the full ticket description prominently on the receipt - not just on the ticket itself For example, instead of just showing: “Mixteca” We would like it to display: “Mixteca Time: 9:30–11:20 AM (Ages 12+ with guardian) Location: Mixteca, 245 23rd Street, Brooklyn 11215 (Near 5th Ave)” This would help ensure participants can easily review key event details before completing registration, reduce confusion, and improve the overall user experience.

This would be helpful for sponsors who would like to pay on line.

I have different “tickets” that need to go live or be visible and sold until a certain day/time. It would be helpful to have a day/time for each ticket type for the item to sale and when to end sales.

For example: $50 up to 2 tickets, any additional tickets would be full price
