I am in favor of an option to require that the donor pick a team.

This is turning out to be perhaps the biggest thing that would cause us to use a different vehicle next year. We're doing a competition between teams, and it helps that team pages default to crediting a team, but we're still getting way to many people donating and not crediting a team that we have to go in and correct manually. Not quite sure how it's happening yet, but the donors are leaving comments about the team they are supporting, so we know what their intent is. It would be ok if there was a choice for "don't credit any team" or something similar, as long as it required a conscious choice. Alternatively, if the team pages did not allow the team choice to be changed, that might solve are issue as well.
