The ability to map split-payments to differentiate between earned revenue, donations, and applicable fees. Currently, the total transaction including donation/ticket amount and any applicable fees covered by the donor is mapped to Bloomerang via the native integration.
Map custom fields
The ability to map custom fields from Givebutter to Bloomerang is a planned addition to our Bloomerang integration, pending the official launch of Bloomerang API v2.
Mark as Entered in Bloomerang to prevent duplicates
Allow admins to mark a transaction as having already been entered in Bloomerang, so it won't sync, but can be added to the goal total and supporter feed
Map Giving Space message & Collect campaign "Notes"
I would like to be able to capture the Display Name and the Message that donors enter in GB in the transaction record that is exported to Bloomerang. Could that be exported to the "Notes" field of the Bloomerang transaction record? Maybe with labels something like the example below: Public Name: Laura and Steve Public Message: Good luck!
Sync Ticket Details to Bloomerang
Ability to send over which tickets were purchased on a transaction, QR codes, ticket numbers, etc.
Bloomerang offline donation customization
Ability to choose whether offline donations sync to Bloomerang or not.
Toggle transaction fee syncing to total in GiveButter
Currently, if a donor opts to cover transaction fees, the donation amount synced to Bloomerang includes that fee paid. Because we are using Bloomerang to reconcile donation amounts, we have to manually update every donation with a fee covered to the donation total LESS that fee. (I.E. $200 donation is synced as $212.XX, have to update manually in Bloomerang back to $200).
Auto Transfer "non-deductible" amounts for items
Enter "non-deductible" amounts for item sales that are also fundraisers. Specific example: T-shirt sales; for each item sold, Bloomerang treats the sale as a donation for the full amount paid in Givebutter. Currently, I have to go into each transaction and manually enter the non-deductible amount so that actual donation amounts are included in EOY tax receipt info.
